Job Description:
As a Centre Manager at TPS, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver business plans and ensure customer service excellence. You will work closely with the sales strategy team to increase sales revenues and devise sales plans that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Translate sales targets into departmental targets and set ambitious goals for the team to strive towards.
- Motivate, recognise, and incentivise the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Create Personal Development Plans and monitor progress to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
- Develop a customer-centric culture and maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with the sales strategy team to increase sales revenues and devise sales plans that drive business growth.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to address any issues.
- Analyse market data to develop sales opportunities and achieve business plan and budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with business standards, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines at all times.
- Maintain stock and premises security as per company policies.
