Job Title: Senior Data Migration Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Migration Lead to join our team at Alphadog Recruit. As a Senior Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of data extraction, transformation, and loading using established methodologies and toolsets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project's data scope, focusing on all data process areas.
- Create and maintain the Data Migration plan, including cycles, resourcing, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the overall project.
- Collaborate closely with our senior consultants and Directors, executing Data Migration projects according to the company's methodology.
- Exhibit leadership skills to manage technical teams under your guidance.
- Work directly with clients to identify data cleansing tasks and develop field mapping rules.
- Oversee project timelines and resources, serving as the primary point of contact for the client on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- A proven track record with multiple large-scale Data Migration projects.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership skills to manage technical teams.
- Experience in leading IT projects and liaising with stakeholders and senior management.
- A solid understanding of general business processes and system data structures.
