About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Oversee the implementation of menu changes and identify opportunities to improve our food services.
  • Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
  • Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Represent Compass UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
  • Experience supervising a team.
  • Experience in a similar Chef role.
  • Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexible approach to working.
