Senior Project Manager (Back Office) Job Description

At Conexus MedStaff, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of scalable solutions for HR, Finance, and Procurement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead colleagues and 3rd-party vendors to deliver approved projects on time and within budget
  • Develop business cases to support project prioritization
  • Manage technology solution projects from conception to delivery
  • Proven experience in ERP solutions implementations, with a focus on Finance, Procurement, and HR
  • Real-time integration with other systems (front and back office)
  • Effective team management and project budgeting
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ERP solutions implementations
  • Project management qualification (Prince 2 or PMI) – preferred
  • Knowledge of managing business system project implementations
