Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage payrolls for multiple regions in our Payroll & Benefits team. This includes Sweden, Germany, the UK, US, Canada, Italy, and Spain. You will work closely with our Global Payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Process payroll and benefits for one or more regions">
  • Partner with Global Payroll provider to ensure accurate calculations and compliance">
  • Collaborate with Benefits broker and technology partners to enhance and streamline payroll functions">
  • Work with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects to design and execute best-in-class processes">
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and provide exceptional customer service to employees">
  • Leverage AI to innovate and evolve future payroll and benefits processes">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced company">
  • Expertise in US and EMEA payroll and benefits">
  • Deep understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across multiple countries">
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results">
  • Knowledge of payroll and HRIS platforms">
  • Experience working with AI-driven solutions for payroll optimization">
  • Familiarity with hybrid work environments across global offices">
