Opportunity to Lead a New Service

We are seeking a manager to lead the service at one of our new children's homes in Gloucester which we're currently preparing to register with Ofsted.

Addressing the Needs of Care Leavers

We know that outcomes for care leavers are often poor and that preparation to enable them to fulfill their potential as adults can fall short at times. This will allow us to address this recognised need for young people and enable us to help prepare them as early as possible, all within a stable and supportive environment.
