About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality meals that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our residents.

- Collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Assist with other kitchen duties, including HACCP compliance.

- Ensure menus are prepared within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar environment, preferably in a retirement village or care home setting.

- Qualification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., QFC/NVQ Level 2).

- Previous experience of budgeting and financial management.

- High standards of kitchen organization and cleanliness.
