The BMS Engineer plays a crucial role in our company's HV Battery System Development Department. We require skilled engineers who can lead the technical development of battery projects with customers around the world.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define requirements for the Battery Management System HW&SW up to DVP planning
  2. Coordinate all relevant HW&SW development topics with the BMS development partner
  3. Develop/design the LV E/E HV system architecture
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and optimization
  5. Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Technical education in Electric/Electronic/Computer Engineering or similar
  2. Proven experience in the development of embedded systems and/or battery management
  3. Understanding of circuit design (both digital and analog), embedded circuits (SoCs, etc) and power electronics
  4. Understanding of Systems/Requirement Engineering & Tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, MicroFocus ALM)
  5. Communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality
  6. Vehicle development process knowledge
  7. Fluent in Italian and very good English knowledge
  8. Availability for occasional business trips
  9. EU citizenship or Full-time Working Permit required
