We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team, delivering high-quality dementia support and home care in the Guisborough area.

Salary and Benefits

The starting rate for this role is £13.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to £20.00 per hour based on experience and location. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Flexible working hours based on your availability
  • Holiday pay
  • Paid mileage: 45p per mile for taking clients places; 25p per mile in between client visits

About the Role

This rewarding role involves providing regular home care visits to elderly individuals in the Guisborough area, supporting them with daily tasks and activities. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, enabling them to remain independent in their own homes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient nature. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for all Caregiver roles.
