Job SummaryThis role is crucial in managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar credit control role and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client queries and provide prompt responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Chase clients from debtors lists to request payment and maintain accurate records.
- Review bad debt provision for errors and notify the team accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the client-facing team to collect debts efficiently.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. This opportunity offers a salary range of £30,000 - £33,000pa and is located in Sevenoaks, Kent.
