About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform as well as Azure Services.

  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience in writing codes, debugging, and performing unit tests.
  • They will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting progress, configuring project infrastructure, and defining software modules needed for integration builds.
  • In addition, they will produce build definitions for each generation of the software, accept completed software modules, and configure hardware and software environments as required.

This is a senior-level position that requires autonomy, confidence, and strong technical competencies. The successful candidate will be able to solve problems/tasks independently and provide support to the team, training, mentoring, and guiding junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Writing codes and debugging software programs.
  2. Performing unit tests, documenting changes, and refactoring less complexed programs/scripts.
  3. Monitoring and reporting on progress, including configuration management and project infrastructure setup.
  4. Defining software modules needed for integration builds and producing build definitions.
  5. Acknowledging completed software modules and ensuring they meet defined criteria.
  6. Producing software builds from source code and configuring hardware and software environments.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Software Developer.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure experience.
  • Strong technical competencies and ability to work autonomously.
