About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Aspire Living. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and emotional support to individuals with a learning disability
  • Help individuals develop new skills and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as planning and managing their own home, leisure activities, and employment
  • Work collaboratively with the individual and their support network to create a personalized support plan
  • Embody the values and vision of Aspire Living, promoting equality and inclusion for all
