Meatex Trading Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Meat & Seafood Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our Meat & SeaFood products across diverse markets, with a focus on international trade.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. As a Head of Meat & Seafood Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a 3-year marketing strategy, framework, and plan through the marketing mix.
  • Establish long- and short-term objectives for products and geographies, working closely with the wider team to develop and win new business.
  • Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate the marketing plan to drive increased demand for our Meat & SeaFood products and services.
  • Support the communication strategy, manage digital communication, including social media.
  • Develop and manage an integrated B2B marketing program to promote increased demand for Fairfax Meadow within the foodservice sector.
  • Develop marketing plans around key seasonal and event-driven areas to maximize business as the “go-to” in the sector.
  • Lead the development of a commercially viable retail branded proposition.
  • Develop and manage a branded portfolio of Meat & SeaFood products, identifying the role and direction for the brand within the markets; UK, APAC, North America.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in working with food manufacturers.
  • Food service experience preferred, but not required.
  • International experience preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel between UK sites and occasionally outside the UK.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including an estimated £110,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
