Job Title: Consents and Approvals Co-ordinator

As a key member of the Taylor Woodrow team, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consents and Approvals Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Consents Manager. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our consents and approvals processes, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of our team's SharePoint site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Consents and Approvals team, including document management, forward-looking programme of works, and general team administration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain the team's SharePoint site, including process overviews and content updates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Commitment Compliance Plan Baseline Register, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate and report on monthly SPIs and KPIs, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with the IPT to improve the management of consents and approvals, and U&A compliance, while working closely with the Stakeholder and Communications team to disseminate information.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its activities.
  • Ability to provide support within an Integrated Project Team.
  • Strong analytical and task-focused skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working within an Engineering/Construction Consents and Approvals environment.
  • Able to learn new concepts and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Experience with website development and management, as well as communication and presentation skills within a construction environment.
  • Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
  • Ability to form and maintain good relationships with the wider team.
