We're N Family, a leading provider of early years education in the UK. We're seeking an exceptional Nursery Operations Director to lead our brand new 90-place nursery in Camberwell. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for all aspects of nursery operations and compliance, ensuring exceptional standards in people, commercial, and educational areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our nursery and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding early years education. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve quality, and enhance the overall experience for our children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance the nursery experience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £62,500, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 25% of base salary
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including up to 35 days of holiday, complimentary daily lunch and drinks, and access to our N Academy for professional development
