First Achieve Ltd is seeking a skilled Machinist to join their Engineering Division in the Stirlingshire region. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team responsible for ensuring high-quality output and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual lathes, horizontal borers, vertical borers, and milling machines to produce high-quality components.
• Carry out various manufacturing disciplines with flexibility and integrity, working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to achieve a high degree of output and craftsmanship.

What We Offer:

• A permanent role with a competitive hourly rate of £17-18.
• A 37.5-hour work week with 4.5 working days, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and Friday 8am to 1pm.
• 1.5x overtime pay and an 8% employer pension contribution.
• A rota day scheme allowing additional hours to accrue extra days off per month, up to 12 additional days annual leave.
