Job Description

A challenging opportunity for a skilled Network Support Engineer to join the 2nd Line Technical Support team at Redcentric.

About the Role

This role involves working as part of a large team of technical engineers, providing high-quality support to customers via phone calls and emails. The successful candidate will be required to work a rolling continental shift pattern, with shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am, followed by a 4-day rest period.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and managing faults through to resolution
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers
  • Liaising with colleagues from all areas of the business to provide resolutions for customers
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a strong understanding of IT technologies, including broadband, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and VoIP.
