Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential setting.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care. You will work as part of a close-knit team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each resident are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, behavior management, and safeguarding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references covering the past two years.
