Senior Culinary Director

Seeking an exceptional Senior Culinary Director to lead our culinary team in Aviemore. Our client, a renowned resort in the heart of the Cairngorms, is looking for a talented Executive Head Chef to drive menu planning and deliver high-quality cuisine across their entire resort.

**Role Overview**

The ideal candidate will have experience in menu planning, food safety, and staff management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchens, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining health and safety standards.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £65,000 negotiable, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.
