Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine wine, top-shelf spirits, and exceptional cocktails, as well as a talent for leading a team of bartenders and waiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the bar team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the bar management team to develop and implement innovative drinks menus and promotions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of market-leading wine, spirits, and beer, and a mixologist's touch to our cocktail menu.
  • Motivate and guide the bar team to anticipate guests' needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bar sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of fine wine, spirits, and beer, with a passion for mixology and cocktail creation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
