Claims Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liability Adjuster to join our team in Southeast England/London. As a Liability Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving property, general, auto, product, and professional liability claims, and helping our clients maintain brand protection in times of crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate claims in the field and report on a mixed portfolio of Employers' Liability, Public Liability (both injury and property), and Motor injury.
- Work with prestigious Liability Insurers, Blue Chip Corporate Clients, and Brokers to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
- Identify questionable information and apply correct procedures to identify potentially fraudulent claims.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working on your own initiative.
- EL/PL/Motor injury and/or property biased background with the ability to fully investigate all types of liability claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, including claims staff, underwriters, policyholders, brokers, and claimants.
- Thorough knowledge of current case law, common law/statute, and regulations.
- Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
