Job Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our Corporate Team as a Professional Support Lawyer.

About the Role

This is a non-fee earning role that requires a strong understanding of corporate law and the ability to provide support to our fee earners.

  • Provide support to the corporate and commercial services division
  • Ensure fee earners are informed of new laws and developments as they arise
  • Undertake legal research, create and update templates and precedents
  • Research and provide technical training
  • Prepare seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients
  • Assist colleagues with preparing pitch documents and bids
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a solicitor or legal executive
  • Ideally you will already be practicing at Associate or Senior Associate level
  • To have been a corporate lawyer
  • The ability and desire to be creative and deliver training in an interactive and interesting way
