The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our photography team and overseeing the creation of high-quality visual content for our brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of photographers to deliver high-quality visual content for our brand.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance our brand's visual identity.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts and ideas for new campaigns and product launches.
- Oversee the production of photography shoots, ensuring that they are executed to a high standard and within budget.
- Work closely with our design team to ensure that our visual content is consistent with our brand's aesthetic.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our visual content, making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography and visual content creation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a photography team and overseeing the creation of high-quality visual content.
- Strong creative vision and ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience with Elinchrom and Profoto studio lighting systems.
- Knowledge of Canon Camera systems.
