Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

H2O Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Ashby de la Zouch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing market share within the local and surrounding areas through strong relationship building and delivering excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Register prospective tenants and landlords
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing landlords
  • Manage diary and time productively
  • Arrange and accompany viewings to company standards
  • Schedule routine inspection appointments
  • Maintain compliance within industry regulations and internal processes
  • Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants
  • Arrange and schedule property maintenance visits with contractors
  • Collaborate with the Lettings Manager to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic
  • Well-presented, professional, and articulate
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to deal with conflict / complaints in a calm manner
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Ability to commute to Ashby de la Zouch
