Job Title: Commercial Supply Chain Planner

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and sustainability.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our supply chain operations and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including warehouse teams, category managers, and other procurement teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
