About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Services and Hospitality Intern. In this dynamic role, you will play a multifaceted part in both our student services and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and Support New Students

As a Student Services and Hospitality Intern, you will be responsible for welcoming new students and ensuring a smooth orientation experience. This includes providing essential information about our school, its facilities, and our services.

Foster a Customer-Focused Culture

You will also be responsible for fostering a customer service-focused culture within the student services team, which will help to improve student retention and satisfaction.

Lead Social Program Activities

One of your key responsibilities will be to lead diverse social program activities to enhance student engagement and encourage a sense of community among our students.

Address Student Inquiries

As a Student Services and Hospitality Intern, you will be responsible for addressing student inquiries promptly and efficiently, including courses, accommodation, and well-being.

Manage and Resolve Student Issues

You will also be responsible for managing and resolving student issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Collect and Analyze Feedback

As part of your role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from students to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the student experience.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

As a Student Services and Hospitality Intern, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

You will also need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to adapt quickly to new software and systems.

Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team

As a multifaceted role, you will need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Customer-Focused Mindset

Finally, you will need to have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for assisting others to provide excellent customer service and support to our students.
