Effects Management Segment Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Effects Management Segment Development Specialist to join our team at MBDA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of Effects Management Segment concepts and bring new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend technologies for investment
  • Link delivery programmes to identify collaboration opportunities
  • Map Effect Management Segment technologies back into customer needs and opportunities
  • Concept generation and refinement
  • Concept capability analysis and competitor product technical performance analysis
  • Inform and create links with Research and Technology activities
  • Plan, support, and develop demos of related technologies

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, supported by technical delivery and management experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the future operating environment, the ability to work with multiple disciplinary functions, and the confidence to embrace uncertainty in early concept development.
