Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Marie Curie Rapid Response Service team. As a key member of our community-based palliative care service, you will work alongside a Clinical Nurse Manager and Senior Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with terminal illnesses and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver rapid and flexible out-of-hours nursing care and support to terminally ill patients and their carers.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated and coordinated service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services.

- Experience in NHS or other relevant care settings in palliative care.
