Your primary responsibility will be to provide a supportive and caring environment, encouraging positive behaviors and promoting rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues to prevent and manage challenging behaviors, while maintaining a focus on fairness and consistency.

• Encourage positive behaviors and engagement with rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives
• Contribute to the prevention and management of challenging behaviors
• Manage individual case work and exercise professional judgment in responding to needs and challenges
• Complete administration and communications relevant to the role
• Contribute to effective operational risk management and ensure the safe and secure supervision of individuals in our care
