This role is part of a small but experienced finance team, working under the guidance of a highly skilled and friendly CFO. As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing key financial analysis and commercial management information to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts with accompanying commentary for the senior management team.
• Providing financial intelligence to assist in ongoing projects, cash flow analysis, and budget/target reporting.
• Commentating on monthly financial reporting pack data to financial and non-financial department leaders.
• Identifying areas for improving financial performance of specific divisions of the business.
• Assisting in budgeting and business planning.
• Preparing for the annual audit.

This role is ideal for an experienced candidate with a strong background in business partnering or management accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent IT aptitude are essential.
