About the Opportunity:
Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their team. The Successful Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified background with RICS accreditation (MRICS/AssocRICS) or equivalent experience, proven expertise in land acquisitions, statutory processes, and stakeholder management. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Land Access Strategies: Develop and execute land access strategies to meet project objectives.
- Manage Statutory Processes: Oversee statutory processes, including easements and compensation, to ensure timely resolutions.
- Deliver Project Objectives: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project objectives on time.
- Provide Technical Advice: Offer technical advice on surveying matters and support escalated customer concerns.
