HR Operations Specialist: Efficiency Champion

About the Role
The HR Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in CFC's HR Operations team, driving efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and systems. This specialist will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless HR system operation, including planning and transitioning to new HR systems, their implementation, and optimization as a platform across CFC Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within HR operations to support business objectives.
- Providing support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems, addressing employee queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Developing and implementing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other business systems.
- Generating and supporting updates to HR documentation, including contracts and policies, as required.
- Creating reports on HR data and providing analysis (e.g., turnover, headcount, salary data), assisting with regular reporting, and presenting data in a meaningful way.
- Coordinating and administering mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews, developing guidelines, and communicating with employees.
- Assisting in the implementation of Workday or similar HRIS systems, ensuring smooth transitions and providing training to employees and managers.
- Supporting HR activities associated with setting up new CFC entities and branches, including generating employment contractual documents, policies, and setting up HR systems.
- Assisting with global mobility processes, including relocations and international transfers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to team working and knowledge sharing. Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Salary Information
We offer an attractive salary package for this position, estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances and the company's compensation structure.
