Key Responsibilities- Process transcript requests and upload court audio to our internal ERP system
- Monitor a shared inbox to deal with transcription and routine client enquiries via email
- Quote and process high volumes of transcription requests and invoices using our internal ERP system
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries from clients
Requirements:
- Numerical and computer literacy
- Quick typing speed
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Confident and professional telephone/email manner
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Demonstrable experience of data entry and database management
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in our office in SE1.
