Clinical Leadership Role

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional to take on a leadership position and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

Estimated Salary: £23,180 per annum

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence. You will also supervise and coach colleagues to ensure they deliver unparalleled service and adhere to the highest standards of care.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NMC Code and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, with experience in senior roles such as Deputy Home Manager, Unit Manager, or Nursing Team Leader. You will also need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
