Salary and Earnings Potential


As a newly qualified dentist, you can expect a fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that's right for you. On average, our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50/50 split between NHS and private work by year two, with the opportunity to increase this further as you gain experience.



Duties and Responsibilities


You'll be joining us at our South Lawn Terrace practice in central Exeter, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a modern, advanced, and spacious practice with access to the latest equipment and materials. Our team of 8 clinicians is supported by an experienced Practice Manager and Qualified Dental Nurses, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in dental care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a newly qualified dentist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and shape your work life with the support of our caring, inclusive, and innovative clinical network.
