Job Opportunity:

We are recruiting for a Wound Care Lead - Community Podiatry position at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity will see you leading our At Risk pathway, working closely with our foot protection team and At Risk Lead to align care pathways for patients without diabetes but with foot wounds.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience working within community and hospital settings in diabetes/complex woundcare/high-risk foot specialism. You must also be a car driver/owner due to the need for cross-county travel.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the assessment and management of complex wounds and podiatry issues in lower limbs and feet
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans for high-risk patients
  • To work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes

What We Offer:
