Freelance Interpreter Opportunities in Leicester

Role Overview
DA Languages is seeking freelance interpreters to work with our clients across the UK, with a focus on the Leicester area. As a freelance interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between clients and limited English speakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret for clients in a variety of settings, including social services, medical appointments, and legal matters
- Work with a diverse range of languages, including Albanian, Bengali, Bulgarian, and more
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
- Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or equivalent
- Community Interpreting or National Registered (NRPSI) certification
- Chartered Institute of Linguists Qualifications (CIOL) or Certificate in Bilingual Skills (CBS)
- BA in Translation/Interpreting or Languages
