Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with the option to work Saturdays for additional income. The client offers a highly lucrative bonus scheme, providing a minimum of £6,000 on top of the annual salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Pharmacy Manager
  • Manage a team of pharmacists and support staff
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and financial resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
