Security Contracts Administrator

At AlertSystems, we're committed to delivering exceptional security solutions to our clients. Our comprehensive product range includes External Deterrent Systems, High Definition CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Remote Monitoring, Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and managing security system service contracts and CCTV monitoring contracts. Strong attention to detail and methodical approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing customer contracts to ensure costings align with current expenditures
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track issued contracts to confirm customer signatures
- Explore opportunities for upgrading existing customer contracts
- Collaborate with the sales team to offer new contract terms to customers
- Suggest recommendations for contract changes
- Primary point of contact for customer reviews
- Perform other duties as required
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in contract renewals is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Numerical competency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good keyboard skills
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 22 days holiday per annum, free on-site parking, group pension scheme contributions, group life insurance cover, and an employee assistance programme.
