About the Role

CHEP, a Brambles company, is a global leader in the supply chain and logistics industry. We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and help us drive innovation and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT project management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
