We are proud to offer a market-leading salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, which is 10% above the market average in our sector. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, and you will receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata). You will also have access to our company pension scheme, full uniform provided, and excellent family-friendly support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be upbeat, independent, and self-motivated, with good organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather, and you will have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
