Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume, all-day dining operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a 600-cover restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume restaurant with a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to maintain profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant/General Manager in a high-volume branded restaurant, hotel chain, or food-led pub.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
