Swimming Teacher Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team at our Dartmouth centre. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming and a commitment to delivering safe and effective lessons. You will need to be flexible in your approach to teaching and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Prepare lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times
  • Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively
