The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical compliance, relationship-centred care, hospitality services, and business performance. As the registered manager, you will oversee the entire service and work closely with the management team to provide strategic leadership and vision.

We are looking for someone who can ensure the highest standards are achieved across all areas of the home, including clinical compliance, relationship-centred care, hospitality services, and business performance.

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN qualification is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience as a CQC Registered Manager specialising in Nursing care for the elderly and frail is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC essential standards and relevant legislation is required.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, with usual working hours being weekday day shifts. Some flexibility may be required for quality monitoring purposes and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.

The successful candidate can expect an excellent annual salary of up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with access to their pay as they earn it. Additionally, we offer a contributory pension scheme and employee assistance programme.
