Senior PPC Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Executive to lead our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategy, focusing on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search ads. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and digital marketing efforts, optimizing our campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PPC Strategy Development and Execution: Develop a comprehensive campaign plan that aligns with our business objectives, targeting the most effective keywords and audience segments.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage a substantial PPC budget across different platforms, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Campaign Setup and Management: Oversee the creation and management of campaigns, including setting up account structures, ad groups, and tracking systems on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Performance Optimization and Scaling: Use ongoing testing and optimization strategies such as split-testing ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in independently delivering successful end-to-end PPC campaigns, preferably in a user acquisition-based industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving conversion-based KPI targets.
  • Deep knowledge of data tools and confidence in deriving insights from data to assist in decision-making.
  • Agile and ambitious, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team and under pressure.
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with the wider Marketing, Development, and Design teams.
