Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, performance marketing, email, and search-engine optimisation.
  • Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Create, manage, and optimise both organic and paid social media content, building loyal communities for our clients that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and deliver email marketing campaigns, including data segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tactics across various platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and social media.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
