Job Title: Senior Nursing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursing Lead to join our team at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nursing professional to take on a leadership role in our physical health care services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality physical health care services to patients with severe and enduring mental health problems. They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies for improving patient outcomes.

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the development and implementation of physical health care strategies across Brent Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), Inpatient Services, Learning Disability Services, Home Treatment Team, Older Adults, and Early Intervention Services.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality physical health care.
  • Work collaboratively with medical colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of physical health care services.
