Audit & Accounts Manager Opportunity

Butler Rose is seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing audits from planning to completion, mentoring new trainees, and ensuring the delivery of services in agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage audits from planning to completion
  • Mentor new trainees and support their learning and development
  • Manage work planning and ensure delivery of services in agreed timeframe
  • Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are planned into our workflows
  • Assist with target setting and budgeting
  • Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients
  • Confident in networking to promote the Firm
  • Oversee the audit team and champion the Firm's values within the team
  • Provide professional client-facing communication skills
  • Provide technical support to the Team
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience
  • Must have 3 + years post qualification experience
  • Up to date in CPE and recent developments in accounting standards
  • Experience of OMBs covering a range of industries
  • Computer packages - Excel, Word, Sage, Caseware and tax software
