Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Financial Lead to join our UKGI Claims Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of Aviva's motor claims supply chain, with a focus on maximizing value through strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in the motor insurance claims category. You will be responsible for planning and implementing sourcing and supply chain strategies, as well as managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in driving value for money through the identification and delivery of new initiatives, demonstrating category expertise, and mitigating and managing risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize value through the end-to-end management of Aviva's motor claims supply chain.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Plan and implement sourcing and supply chain strategies to meet business requirements.
- Identify and deliver new initiatives to drive value for money and improve category performance.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We Offer:
- Starting salary circa £75,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 12% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
