Job Summary:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Auditor/Inspector/Field Engineer to join our team at UL Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting safety and non-safety certification audits and field evaluations in accordance with the required performance standards and requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct safety and non-safety certification audits and field evaluations in accordance with the required performance standards and requirements
- Witness testing, including interpretation and analysis of the test results against UL requirements
- Conduct quality audits at client sites
- Verify the accuracy of manufacturers measuring equipment and reviewing production records
- Examine documentation by using appropriate UL forms
- Cooperate with other departments within the UL organization for the successful completion of complex projects

Requirements:

- Bachelors' degree or diploma from an accredited university through a formal program of study in Engineering or relevant Engineering Discipline
- Fluency in English
- Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the electromechanical industry
- Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9000
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional trips to Scandinavia
